The Gold Standard

Strong programs build communication systems.

11 years in NYC Special Education District

Communication is embedded throughout the school day

Across every routine, interaction, and activity.

Student strengths and needs are clearly identified

Across expressive, receptive, and pragmatic communication.

AAC is normalized from day one

Introduced early, modeled consistently, and used across all environments.

Staff are trained as communication partners

Everyone knows how to wait, model, and expand language, consistently across the team.

Joint action routines are built into instruction

Predictable, repeatable routines that naturally create opportunities for communication.

Data drives instruction

Real communication progress is tracked and used to adjust goals and strategies.

How It Works

Two phases. One goal: supporting students' communication needs so they can thrive.

Every partnership is built around your school's unique students, staff, and systems.

Phase 1 · 1 to 3 Months

School-Wide Communication System Buildout

I come in, assess your school's communication environment, build a framework around your students and staff, and train your team to carry it forward.

Phase 2 · Ongoing

Maintenance & Ongoing Coaching

Once the system is built, I stay connected, coaching teachers, reviewing data, supporting AAC, and helping communication grow stronger across the school year.

Investment is customized based on school size, needs, and scope of support.
